You can find time to yourself or the synergy of dauntless women. This is an event where you indulge in any outdoor activity you desire without a shred of guilt. Begin your morning with an intro to stand up paddleboarding that will give you the tools you need to get started. If you're wondering what kind of board and equipment is right for you or don't feel confident about your balance on the water yet, you'll want to join us for this informative dry-land session. Bring your coffee and your questions to this session about the fastest growing water sport in the world. Bonus - we'll start off with a little yoga to balance body and mind!
