Ramp up your trail running knowledge with tips and techniques to get yourself, up, down and across the trails more safely, effectively and stronger than you were when you stepped foot on the trail. In this class we will discuss trail running form to help prevent injury and stress, gear for a more comfortable experience and how to prepare mentally and physically for a faster pace day on the trail.

All levels of expertise can benefit from this class, from hikers that have felt the urge to run a little to Ultra runners who want to reach a further distances.
