The Hiking Secret: Finding Inner Strength

Karla set her mind to complete 52 Hikes in a year with her life partner Phillip. In the process, she overcame her limiting beliefs and they developed a strong bond through hiking. By sharing the Hiking Secrets they learned, they have helped thousands of people around the world to find their voice, and eventually their own inner strength.
